Your Wedding Photography Process
Your planner and I will schedule a 30-minute call to connect and chat through your vision, questions, and other notable information. We’ll also discuss a rough outline of the timeline and general plan for your wedding at this stage of the planning process.
WEDDING PLANNER [/or CLIENT] CHECK-IN CALL
Your planner and I will discuss the details for your engagement session. As always, I’m excited and available to provide insight on locations, logistics, and style, as well as provide art direction for the shoot.
ENGAGEMENT PHOTO PREPARATION, PLANNING & SESSION
Here’s where your wedding details will really start to come together! Your planner and I will connect again to get clear on your wedding day timeline and shot list. From the big moments to the tiny details, we’ll ensure everyone is on the same page.
TWO MONTHS OUT
Your wedding week has finally arrived! I’ll be in touch to provide final reminders. Sometimes minor details change last minute, so we’ll also keep in touch about any additional updates throughout the week.
WEDDING WEEK
You’ll still be reeling from your big day (or maybe even arriving at your honeymoon destination!) when you receive your sneak peek photos a couple of days after the wedding! Your full and final gallery will be delivered within 8 weeks with all the information you need to make sure you can preserve these photographs for a lifetime!

When it comes to communication, know that we’re always excited to be in touch with our clients!
We understand couples and planners have varied preferences when it comes to vendor communication, so we do our best to stay open to whatever is best for you. Whether you like facetime, zoom, phone call, email, or text, we can accommodate — just let us know so we can be mindful of your preference.
Email is our favorite way to communicate and the TKP inbox is always open to you! As a valued client, you are our top priority to receive responsive and guided communication. Expect responses to emails within 72 business hours.
